JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Representatives may provide inbound customer service by taking claim information for our clients customers and providing them information regarding their potential claim.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Clear and precise enunciation and pronunciation
- Outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent call quality
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Excellent computer skills – 35 wpm with 90% accuracy with ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance record is mandatory
- Good retention skills/very detail oriented
- Accepts constructive feedback and implements recommended changes
- Reliable, Easily Trained and Self Motivated
- Team Player and able to work in a fast paced environment

WORKING HOURS: 12:00pm – 8:30pm (Monday – Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Agents will provide outbound bi-lingual French and English vehicle service reminders, satisfaction surveys, and outbound appointment scheduling for our clients growing Canadian automotive business which includes over 300 dealership clients across the country.

Customer Service Representatives may provide inbound and/or outbound calling to our clients' customers. Services provided may include inbound customer service, sales, satisfaction surveys, and appointment scheduling.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Outgoing personality (customer service skills)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- French Canadian Bilingual both written and verbal (able to call into Quebec Market)
