Cynthia Selley is the Vice President, Human Resources, responsible for overseeing, directing and supporting all of Inspyre’s human resource and training functions. In this role, Cynthia provides support and direction in developing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures resulting in effective processes for the organization. She also collaborates with clients to ensure that their recruitment criteria are established--and met--during the selection process; working with the client to outline training requirements and curriculum for initial and ongoing training; and acting as the escalation point for all Human Resource matters. Cynthia is a member of the Executive Leadership team and contributes to the company’s strategic direction.
Prior to joining Inspyre in 2004, Cynthia worked with The Boeing Company for more than 20 years in various disciplines. In addition to her expertise in Human Resources, she has several years experience in Operations Management and Business Development during which time she gained extensive experience in capacity and facility planning as well as preparing and negotiating technical proposals for commercial and government contracts for both US and Canadian companies.
