Gregg Hickman

Executive Director, Information Technology

Gregg Hickman is the Executive Director of Technology, responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide high availability of all Inspyre production systems. Additional duties include database management, disaster recovery, network and telecom management, license compliance, technology asset management, and security.

Gregg began his career with Inspyre Solutions in 1995 as a programmer/analyst. Prior to joining Inspyre, he was employed by a technical outsourcer where he was responsible for leading a group of support personnel troubleshooting various connectivity and software issues impacting customers’ access to the Prodigy On-line® service.
 



 

Jeanne Ray

Executive Director, Business Services

In her role as Executive Director, Business Services, Jeanne is responsible for the implementation of new client programs and internal initiatives, as well as providing support to Operations. She was instrumental in centralizing Inspyre’s Dialer management, resource scheduling, quality assurance, and overall Operational reporting/analytics into the company’s Support Center. Jeanne joined Inspyre in 2007 and has since led implementations for clients in the Telco, Restaurant Services, Database Marketing, Financial Services, and Automotive sectors.

Jeanne began her career with Newgen Results Corporation, a TeleTech company, where she spent nine years managing various components within Operations and managing many large scale implementations such as a new telephony platform implementation that saved the company $1.5 million annually, and a Clarify CRM implementation that provided the foundation for improved internal process and customer management.

After many rewarding years growing her career at Newgen, Jeanne left her position as Director of Operations to accept a position as Director of Contact Strategies for ARS National Services where she managed several technology implementations and fostered new vendor relationships. Her work there allowed ARS to increase their contact rates and ultimately their performance and revenue with Fortune 500 clients.
 



 

Lisa Hope

Executive Director, Operations

Lisa Hope has been with Inspyre since 2002 as Director, Operations. She is responsible for successfully leading customer service, support and outbound sales teams. Lisa manages all aspects of assigned programs including client interaction, campaign implementation, staffing selection, process development and on-going staff development, as well as overseeing all operational corporate policies. She is a member the Leadership Team and works closely with the Vice President of Operations to set both tactical and strategic goals for Inspyre and our diverse client base.

Prior to joining Inspyre, Lisa spent 14 years in the telecom industry in various capacities including corporate account executive, corporate customer service manager and sales analyst.
 



 

Tanya Beaudry

Director, Operations

Tanya Beaudry is a Director, Operations for Inspyre Solutions, responsible for managing client relationships, the results of client programs, a team of Operations staff, and adding value to our client business.

Tanya began her career with Inspyre in 1994 and spent the first three years of her career on the front line in a Team Leader capacity before transitioning to client management as an Account Manager, before being promoted to Director, Operations. Tanya has worked with clients in several industries during this time, including Education, Finance, Telecommunications, Publishing, Cable, Automotive, and Food Services.
 



 

Sandra Ambrose

Director, Operations

Sandra Ambrose is a Director, Operations for Inspyre Solutions. She is responsible for managing client relationships, the overall results of client programs, a team of Operations staff and adding value to our client’s business.

Sandra began her career with Inspyre in 2002, and has been in the industry since 1997. She spent the first six months at Inspyre as an Account Manager before transitioning into her current position of Director, Operations. Sandra has worked with several industries during this time, including Tourism, Telecommunications, Automotive, and Online Marketing.
 



 

Gisele Popiel

Director, Support Center

As a Director, Support Center, Gisele Popiel is responsible for managing the Support Center and overseeing Inspyre’s Quality, Dialer Administration, Workforce Scheduling and Facility departments. She focuses on finding ways to improve service offering results and increasing value to clients and their customers.

Gisele began her career with Inspyre in 1994 and spent the first three years of her career on the front line in a Team Leader capacity before transitioning to client management in 1997, moving into the Inbound Manager role, and then into the position of Director, Operations. Gisele has worked with several industries during this time, including Telecommunications, Publishing, Automotive, and Education Finance.
