As Vice President, Operations, Peter Gordon is responsible for Service Delivery, Business Services, and Information Technology. He is also a member of the senior management team, involved in setting and supporting the strategic direction of the company. Peter joined the organization in 2003 as Manager of Applications Development. He also served as Director of Product Development before being promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2007. Peter has a Masters Certificate in Project Management and a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis. Peter uses his extensive training and experience to provide consultative support and define best practice processes to enable organizations to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction and loyalty through the efficient use of technology tools, consistent marketing messaging, effective customer service orientated interactions, and business process improvements.
Prior to joining Inspyre, Peter spent three years working on process improvement initiatives for the manufacturing industry and four years developing technology solutions for a marketing services company.
