As President, Russ Kalchik provides direction and leadership and is responsible for the company’s delivery of best in class service and strategy. He is also responsible for the organization attaining its annual goals, revenue and profitability targets. Russ joined Inspyre as COO in 2006, becoming President in 2007. He was the subject of the American Executive Magazine feature, “Inspyre Solutions: Calling All Customers” (January 2008).

Russ launched his career in the financial services industry with Transamerica Corporation. During his 17 years there, he held numerous executive sales and operations leadership roles including responsibility for the implementation and oversight of operations and communication centers throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining Inspyre, Russ spent eight years with Newgen Results Corporation, a TeleTech company in the automotive services and outsourcing industry. As Senior Vice President of Operations, he managed relationships with more than 7,000 automobile dealerships and OEMs, providing highly customized customer life-cycle solutions. Russ also served as the Managing Director of TeleTech Loan Services.
